This project reimagines the TBT Showroom in Dubai’s Souq Naif as a calm, curated fabric retail experience that balances commercial functionality with spatial comfort. Responding to the site’s dense context and the existing cluttered interior, the design introduces curtains as flexible spatial elements to organize circulation and define zones. The ground floor is divided into a public retail area and a semi-private space for special clients, supported by integrated seating. Soft materials, controlled lighting, and a clear layout enhance customer engagement while respecting the building’s architectural character and the cultural identity of the textile trade.
