An Interactive Living & Making Hub for Art and Design Students at Dubai Design District (Building 7)

This project proposes a vertically layered student accommodation and creative hub located in Dubai Design District (d3). The design integrates public interaction, collaborative production, and private living into one continuous spatial experience.

The concept is inspired by layering and flow, derived from the idea of a creative spine - a central connective element that guides movement, interaction, and energy through the building.

The project transforms circulation from a passive corridor into an active social and experiential connector.
